This Privacy Policy describes how Enlasys S. de R.L. de C.V., operator of the iqseller platform (“we”), located at J del Monte 39, Piso 2, Int 2B, Huixquilucan, Estado de México, 52764, México, processes your personal data under applicable law in México.
data we collect
- Account: name, email, organization and users.
- Connected channels: catalog, inventory, pricing, orders and sales metrics, via OAuth authorization.
- Usage: technical browsing data needed to run and improve the service.
how we use it
- To provide the service: unify and analyze your multichannel sales data.
- To show metrics, alerts and recommendations.
- Support, security and product improvement.
- Service communications and, with your consent, updates.
limits on how we use your channel data
The data we pull from Amazon and MercadoLibre through their APIs —sales, catalog, inventory, costs and fees— is used exclusively to generate your analytics, reports and metrics inside iqseller, and only your organization sees it.
We don't use it for any other purpose: we don't sell it, we don't share it with other sellers and we don't use it to train third-party models. The only third parties that touch it are the providers strictly necessary to run the service —our database provider, for example—, which receive only what that function requires.
who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with technology providers (subprocessors) that help us operate (e.g., hosting and database infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations, and with the channel APIs you connect. Also when required by law.
transfers
Some providers may process data outside México. In those cases we require adequate protection safeguards.
your rights
You may access, rectify, delete or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing privacidad@iqseller.app.
security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. See our Data security page.
retention
We keep your data while your account is active or as required by law. You can request deletion anytime.
changes
We may update this policy. The current version will be posted here with its update date.
