These Terms govern your use of iqseller, operated by iqseller.app (Huixquilucan, Estado de México, México). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.

the service

iqseller is a sales-intelligence platform that unifies and analyzes data from your connected channels (Amazon, MercadoLibre, 3PL). The service is provided “as is,” in beta, and may change as we improve it.

your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and activity under it.
You must be authorized to connect the channel accounts you link.
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or violate marketplace policies.

connecting channels

By connecting a channel you authorize us, via its APIs and your OAuth consent, to access the data needed to provide the service. You can revoke access anytime.

ownership

The software, brand and content of iqseller are ours or our licensors'. Your business data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

availability and beta

During beta we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify or suspend features with reasonable notice.

limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business decisions made based on displayed information, nor for indirect damages. The service is a support tool, not financial advice.

termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the current version will be on this page. They are governed by the laws of México.
